Sunday Mornings
On Sunday mornings, we meet at 10:30 to spend time worshipping God together through songs and prayer, led by a variety of different musicians.
The first part of each service is for everyone. Most Sundays, there is a programme of activities for our children and young people that runs alongside the second part of the service: Tiddlywinks for pre-schoolers; Hay Hill Kidz for 5-11 year olds; and Underground for teens.
The adults listen to practical, thought-provoking talks which apply the words of the Bible to life in the early 21st century. We believe that God speaks, and Sunday mornings are a chance to hear what He has to say to us today.
Hearing from God can also be through each other, and we have a group focused on prophetic encouragement, listening for what God may be revealing to them and passing it on for our mutual benefit. At the end of each service, people are on hand to talk and pray with anyone who wants to follow up something God is doing in their lives.
Once a month we have an all-age service so that everyone can stay together and enjoy being a church family. These meetings are shorter and more interactive, so that even toddlers might be kept occupied!
After each Sunday morning service, we have tea and coffee, and have the chance to catch up with each other. We sometimes have lunch together in the church building, or have a picnic in Victoria Park.
